Focus Group

Thank you to the participants of my Focus Group. You had many valuable things to share.

My campaign started with listening. An eclectic, interesting group of people, who I have met in the past few years through my involvement with the township, gathered to share with me what issues matter most to them this election. I was humbled and proud to hear that they support me running for Deputy Mayor because they trust me and they appreciate my connections across the municipality. They see me as a knowledgeable and well researched leader who stands up for my community. The group shared many common concerns around lack of leadership, lack of respect and inclusion, and financial decisions that lacked rationale and an understanding of the impact on the public.

A highlight for everyone in the room was having an opportunity to discuss issues with people who have very different perspectives. Truly wonderful to gather with others who love their community!
